Background

       The LAC Group of Companies has under its wing two coffee shops: COFFEE NOOK and MOCHA BLENDS.  Greenfields Café Italian Espresso your COFFEE NOOK CORP as trade name registered with SEC. The company started operations in March 2004 and todate now opened 34 outlets spread over  GMA, Bulacan, Tarlac, Dagupan and Laguna. Our VISION is to be widely recognized as a supplier of fresh and natural coffee among its customers and a MISSION to provide exceptional level of service,  share its knowledge and passion for coffee with each customer.

 

       COFFEE NOOK outlets in its different concepts; as a Coffee Cart, Coffee Kiosk, Coffee Store are strategically located in malls, hospitals, business centers, bus terminals, call centers, university campuses and government offices designed to be very convenient catering practically to all levels of society.

 

       The uniqueness of our coffee blends is based on several elements; excellent traditional gourmet ESPRESSO coffee using only local Arabica beans which are craftily roasted at our own facilities, good espresso machine from Italy and a well trained Barista.

 

       COFFEE NOOK is our contribution in uplifting the local coffee industry and to help our local coffee farmers which would greatly help address our employment problem which is part our endeavor to have financial independence and achieve our government’s goal in nation building.

 

       As an aggressive company we provide business opportunities to our investor partners through affordable capital investments.  In  October  2004 we  signed  a    MOA ( Memorandum of Agreement ) with the QUEDANCOR a government financial institution wherein we are part of its FARE ( Food, Agricultural, Retail Enterprise ) program where they can provide financial assistance to our investors.

 

       We are also a member of National Coffee Development Board and Kape Isla.

 HOW TO APPLY FOR  COFFEE NOOK  BUSINESS CART

  1. Submit Letter of Intent.
  2. Accomplish Guidelines
  3. COFFEE NOOK will evaluate questionnaire
  4. Review sample of Lease Agreement
  5. Check location, if approved, sign Lease Agreement and pay Capital Investment
  6. Set up Outlet
  7. Undergo training for 1 week
  8. Receive/ Review Pre- Opening Requirement
  9. Grand Opening
